Shipping and Delivery

At this time, The Hummingbird Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Hummingbird Store ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Return Policy

We strive to provide the best product and shopping experience possible. Items that are insured when shipped and items damaged during shipment may be replaced upon filing a claim for damages. Any items deemed to be defective will be replaced with the same item as initial purchase within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given, only preapproved returns. Return policy is applicable ONLY for sales made directly through The Hummingbird Store website and any other sales are considered unauthorized.
